By making order through website or mobile application you accept and agree to the terms and conditions as follows:

‘Website’ here in this terms & conditions means girvalley.com and ‘Mobile application’ here in this terms & conditions means ‘Gir Valley’ mobile application available on PlayStore and AppStore.

‘Customer’ shall mean the person or any legal entity that accepts the offer for sale on Gir Valley Naturals ® website or mobile application by placing an order and or purchases any products offered for sale. ‘You’ here means and includes you and/or any person or an entity including Individual person/Vendor/Seller/Affiliate using or accessing the services provided on Gir Valley Naturals ® website or mobile application.

You shall not use Gir Valley Naturals ® website or mobile application if you are below 18 year of age or not competent to contract under the applicable laws, rules and regulations.

This Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect for so long as you are using Gir Valley Naturals ® website or mobile application. Gir Valley Naturals ® website or mobile application provides online shopping platform wherein the customer can purchase the products and services listed on it pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth below. By clicking on the “Proceed to Payment” button, you are agreeing to use the Services in a manner consistent with and abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and with all applicable laws and regulations.

Customer or Gir Valley Naturals ® may terminate the agreement at any point in time with or without prior notice. Gir Valley Naturals ® may change and update the terms and conditions as per the requirement and feasibility without prior notice. In case if it is not acceptable, you should discontinue to use our services by any mean. In case you continue using our services by any mean, you agree to accept and abide by the updated terms and conditions.

By using our services through any mean, you agree to enter the transaction at your sole risk. You are competent enough to protect and secure yourself in terms of online or offline financial or non-financial transaction.

Order quantity, address of delivery, time of delivery, cancellation of delivery or any special request shall be correct and proper in all respects; Gir Valley Naturals ® shall not be liable for any error, omission, delay or misunderstanding. In case customer denies taking delivery after making order, s/he will have to pay the cancellation charges as decided by Gir Valley Naturals ®. Order placed through any mean, are a firm commitment to purchase and you will be obliged to complete the transaction. Gir Valley Naturals ® will not be held liable for unintentional human errors like typing or labeling or printing, etc.

Changes in the products or services will be updated on website or mobile application, Gir Valley Naturals ® reserves the right to modify the same without any prior notice to anyone. Variation between original products and represented image or video is just for advertorial purpose only.

Refer and Earn

The referrer should have recharged his/her wallet with at least Rs. 2000 or more in last 30 days.
The person you have referred have to do the first wallet recharge of minimum Rs. 200, then only referrer will get referral bonus.
Bonus of Rs. 150 per reference can be earned by the referrer. One customer can refer maximum 2 new customers per month.
The referee and the referrer both cannot be from the same address.
Bonus earned by reference cannot be clubbed with any other promotional benefit or offer.
Bonus earned in the wallet can be used only for purchase on Gir Valley Naturals ® website or mobile application. It is not transferable and in no case it can be used as an exchange for tender of money.
Gir Valley Naturals ® reserves the right to change the amount or number of reference at any time without prior notice. However the same will be communicated through website and mobile application.
Reference is only applicable in areas where Gir Valley Naturals ® delivery services are available.

Product Pricing:

Prices printed on the product, visible on website or mobile application will be the current prices of the products. However errors in typing or printing or delay in updating may occur. Gir Valley Naturals ® will not be held liable for such unintentional human or system errors.
Gir Valley Naturals ® reserves the right to change the price or quantity of the product without prior notice. However the same will be communicated through website or mobile application.

Billing and Payment Policy:

Customers can choose the billing cycle options given on website and mobile application.
Gir Valley Naturals ® works on pre-paid payment option only. Customer can choose the mode of payment from available options on website or mobile application.
Customer can retrieve the transaction history of maximum 6 months only, Gir Valley Naturals ® is not liable to provide customer transaction details beyond last 6 months.

Offer and Cash-back:

Cash-back of Rs. 100 is offered on 1st recharge.
However Gir Valley Naturals ® may change the cash-back amount in future.
Cash-back offer is applicable in areas where Gir Valley Naturals ® delivery services are available.
One offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
Maximum one offer on one address.
Cash-back & offer amount cannot be refunded
Cash-back coupons or bonus of the wallet (balance) only allowed to buy available product from Gir Valley Naturals ®.

Cancellation Policy:

Customer can cancel or stop their subscription using “Gir Valley” mobile application only. Through no other means, subscription cancellation or discontinuation will not be entertained.
In case customer request refund of the wallet balance (excluding cash-back & offer benefits) by placing the request through the Customer Support, refund amount will be credited in customers bank account shared by the customer.
In the case of payments done through credit card it will be refunded to the same mode of payment.
Refund will be credited within 6 working days of initiation. Process will get initiated after customer provides bank account details.
Gir Valley Naturals ® reserves the right to cancel the order on account of inadequate wallet balance post refund.
Multiple accounts cannot be created with same address, if found then Gir Valley Naturals ® has the rights to cancel or stop the subscription.
Customers can cancel or stop the order before one day and time mentioned on website and mobile application.
In the case that a product on Your order is not available, We will let you know. You will be qualified for a refund in this situation in accordance with Our refund policy.
In the following cases, we reserve the exclusive right to cancel Your order:

1. If the given address is outside the delivery area that We offer

2. Not delivering Your order because of a lack of knowledge, guidance, or consent from You at the time of delivery

3. If the delivery partner is not permitted inside your property, neighbourhood, or society, or if there is any uncontrollable factor requiring the delivery partner to move, including but not limited to a law and order crisis

4. Unavailability of all the items you ordered while placing the order.

Return Policy:

If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the product's quality or freshness, you have the right to return it at the time of delivery under our return and refund policy. When a product is returned, We will take it back with Us and give a refund for its value, which will be paid to Your account wallet on the Gir Valley Naturals ® website or mobile application. You can only use this to pay for any other orders you place.

Once the order placed customer cannot return the product unless it is related to quality related issue.
Query, request, concern or complaint has to be done within 24 to 48 hours of the occurrence.
After the timeline, Gir Valley Naturals ® may not entertain the query, request, concerns or complain.
Gir Valley Naturals ® will not be made liable for any loss raised post the timeline.

Only if you prepay for your order while putting it on Gir Valley Naturals ® website or mobile application, and only in the event of any of the following situations, will you be eligible for a refund:

1. Before you accepted delivery, the packing for Your Order was tampered with, broken, or spilt.

2. We cancelling Your order because (A) Your delivery address is outside of Our permitted delivery zones; (B) We failed to get in touch with you by phone or email to confirm the order booking; or (C) We failed to get in touch with you by phone or email to confirm the order booking.

3. All refunds will be deposited to the wallet associated with your Gir Valley Naturals account. You might also ask for the money to be returned to its original source. Depending on Your Bank's policies, it may take 3 to 21 working days for the money to appear in Your bank account. Before choosing to buy, we strongly advise you to read the listing. You are not eligible for a return or refund if you ordered the incorrect item.

4. The value/quantity of the item(s) that were missing from your order at the time of delivery or the short delivery will not be charged to you if they were delivered instead of what you had purchased.

5. If the product is provided in error compared to what you bought, or if it is noticeably harmed or of lower quality upon delivery, you may return it. You acknowledge that in order for Us to fulfil your requests, You Must Provide Us With All Proofs, Including But Not Limited To Images Of Products Having Issues.

6. The refundable sum for the customer who decided to cancel their subscription permanently will be transferred to the bank account they provided. If there are any delivery problems, the product will either be replaced or a reimbursement will be issued in the appropriate amount within 6 working days.

Disclaimer:

We as a marketer/seller/retailer/distributor shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Rajkot - Gujarat Courts.
